When the Make Site command finishes successfully with no errors, Second Site looks in the Input (-i) folder for a file named
make-site-done.bat
If that file exists, Second Site asks MS Windows to execute the file.
The make-site-done.bat file can be used to copy the contents of the Output (-o) folder to another location, or perform some other post-processing that the user desires. It is up to the user to create the file and test it, etc.
When the make-site-done.bat file executes, the current directory is set to the Output (-o) folder.
